Only use fiberglass or wooden ladders when working near to power lines. Wear rubber soled shoes. Do not touch metal pipes while working on electrical equipment. The basic tools for working on electrical equipment are a circuit tester and or a Multi meter, insulated screwdrivers, wire strippers, wire nuts or “marretts” and needle nose pliers.
